Following the success of the previous year, the ACE association organized the second edition of the student workshop "Fort en Lumière", in collaboration with the city of Feyzin, the iaelyon School of Management and Sup Bellevue Assomption Lyon.
The 13 students of the Conception et Management en Eclairage License have once again taken up the challenge to offer visitors an immersive experience through various light installations, while highlighting the history and architecture of this historic monument. Raphaël Jayol (Les Éclairagistes Associés) and Victor Vieillard (BY NIGHT studio), accompanied by Pierre Morat (coordinator and educational supervisor), were present throughout the event to supervise the project and assist the students in their achievements.
In 2 days and 2 nights, the apprentices succeeded in the ambitious assembly of more than 11 light installations which were presented during a course open to the public. The students worked on the lighting of tunnels, facades, plants, as well as on the creation of installations and luminous objects.
A great success, bringing together a large number of visitors again this year. Congratulations to the students for their work and their involvement, and to our work-study student Marion NOEL for her participation in the project.
