We have given priority to visual comfort. A running light strip with direct and indirect lighting is integrated into the frames of the glass facades of the shops, on either side of the gallery. The recessed luminaires in the ceiling in the center of the gallery accompany and reinforce the level of lighting without visual nuisance. Access to the metro, embellished with backlighting of the diffusing glass partitions, gives the illusion of a “tunnel of light”. Access from the rue de Bercy is reinforced by 3 suspended circular chandeliers with direct/indirect lighting, a different and particular light treatment.
