Eco-design of lighting & high quality lighting environments

As a scientific ecosystem, the ZAC presqu’île aims to become an innovation campus and an integrated neighbourhood with a carbon-neutral project. Particular attention is paid to the lighting of public spaces and to reducing the impact of night-time lighting of buildings. The construction of the lighting environments is based on sustainable, committed and responsible public lighting: interactive and autonomous lighting management, 100% LED lighting, servo-control of the luminaires when the tramway train passes by, etc.
