LEA – Les Éclairagistes Associés aims to demonstrate that light can play a full part in the development and enhancement of urban planning and architectural projects, by improving the experience of a luminous environment. Our lighting design agency has mastered this art, exploiting the full potential of new technologies to make artificial lighting dynamic and active.
For lighting design to become a means of expressing the dramaturgy and functionality of a space, it must be placed at the service of the form and spirit of the architecture and the environmental context, while meeting the needs of the user. Architectural lighting, at the heart of today’s challenges, represents a symbiosis of performance, beauty and sustainability in an ever-changing world.
In 1989, Laurent FACHARD developed one of the very first master plans for the urban lighting environment in Annonay. Since then, LEA – Les Éclairagistes Associés has collaborated on numerous ambitious architectural and urban transformation projects: the Palace of Versailles, the Elysée Palace, the Left Bank quays in Bordeaux with landscape architect Michel CORAJOUD, the Espace AEF in Nîmes with landscape architect Alain MARGUERIT…
The agency’s main concern is meeting the challenges, needs and restrictions of a project and proposes a specific approach to the various stages of an architectural or urban planning project. The team is committed to establishing the sustainability of a project through the prescription of technically innovative and financially appropriate solutions.
All our proposals are made abiding by the rules and the techniques related to light engineering skills.
